Besserli are three dimensional cookies. Following the principle: self-assembling, decorating, and finally also eating the recipients create great artworks.
Since , I've designed and shipped a new 3D cookie kit every year – what started as a spontaneous idea in my own kitchen has grown, over the years, into a small Christmas tradition that now reaches families and friends well beyond my own household.
